About The Photographer

Hi, my name is Drew Hopper, and I am a self-taught freelance photographer with a passion for the natural world. Captivated by the diversity of the Australian landscape, I travel far and wide to capture photographs that define my experiences, to encapsulate these moments and share Australia’s most extraordinary places with the world. I'm not a big talker, I prefer to let my images do the talking and hopefully take you on a visual journey through my perspective behind the lens. I started shooting in 2008, and since then I haven't been anywhere without my camera. Photography to me is more than a passion, it's a lifestyle that enables me to express my feelings for the things I feel most passionate about. I'm inspired by Mother Nature and the beautiful moments she delivers. My work is published in magazines, newspapers, book covers, posters, cards and on web pages around the world. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have concerning fine art prints, image licensing, photo shoots or any other requests regarding my photo service. Please note that I am often in the field away from email or phone access; I will get back to you as soon as possible. I try to make it a priority to reply to all my emails, although the demands of my schedule can sometimes make that difficult. Feel free to send me a reminder if I haven't replied within a week or so. Another thing, I do get a lot of emails from people with questions and comments reagrding photo techniques, editing etc. Sometimes I cannot reply to every single person, and for this I apologise in advance if it comes across as rude.
