Earth Frequency Festival 2012

Earth Frequency Festival (also known fondly as Earth Freq) is a music, arts, lifestyle and environment outdoor gathering, based in South-East Queensland, Australia. The concept of Earth Frequency is not just a party, but a gathering of many different tribes and a weekend of connection, intention and inspiration. The focus is on creating a meaningful space, where we can raise awareness and share useful information on environmental issues and sustainable lifestyle choices, consolidate community bonds, and provide a positive and transformative festival experience in the beautiful Australian outdoors, with a full range of music, performance, talks and workshops and creative activities.

2012 marks the 7th edition of Earth Frequency Festival. From our origins as a small local enviro-care doof, the event has taken root, grown strong and evolved to be a calendar highlight for the S.E.QLD / N.NSW region and beyond. Earth Frequency Festival now spans 4 days and brings together a wide range of live and electronic music, performers, artists, visionaries and intellectuals in to one place with a specific intent; to capture the spirit of the cosmic experience; to gather, dance, share, laugh, love, educate and learn through a positive gathering of different tribes.

To discover Earth Frequency Festival, is to experience exploration of sound, visual and social aspects that make people come together for few days in a month of February.

Since very beginning of the festival, Earth Frequency Festival has also been known to attract wide scope of artists from the visual field which present diverse scope of visually engaging Installation pieces and of course Live Visual Performance – VJing from a string of amazing Australian and International VJ performers that set to heighten your senses and make each night more magical!

Lovely set drew, you have captured it well. Not my scene but love the camera work. The “fairy” girl you should catch up with for a portfolio shot, stunning look specimen! :p

Thanks Craig. That means a lot coming from you knowing that this isn’t your scene. She happens to be one of my good mates partner, who is very interested in doing some modeling away from the festival scene.

Excellent set of photos, Drew. They capture a lot of dynamicism and personality of the festival and the attendees.
